The Torino Impact Hazard Scale, Avalanche Classes, and the Volcanic Explosivity Index are now included in the appendices, which have been expanded to contain three new tables on the Torino Impact Hazard Scale, Avalanche Classes, and the Volcanic Explosivity Index. In addition, the list of satellite missions has been edited and updated to reflect recent events.
